Photos and videos of attendees that are taken at our events (seminars, conferences, tradeshows, etc.) may be used in other BCPhA marketing materials or channels. Consistent with our Privacy Policy and Procedures, we do not sell, trade, or rent any of our event photos/videos to any organization, for any purpose, at any time.
A person attending a BCPhA event who does not wish to have their image used for such purposes may make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or inform BCPhA’s privacy officer at info@bcpharmacy.ca immediately at the conference.
