Dr. Dossa is the Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Pacific Blue Cross. She is a pharmacist, certified diabetes educator, clinical assistant professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC and past chair of the board for the College of Pharmacists of BC. She has over 30 years of experience in applying evidence-based medicine into clinical practice and drug policy. Dr. Dossa is the recipient of the President’s Award at Pacific Blue Cross. She currently chairs the Medical Effectiveness Panel for the International Federation of Health Plans.
