Dr. Jane Xia, BSc.Pharm, PharmD, MBA, RPh, Assistant Professor of Teaching, joined the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in January 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from UBC, a PharmD from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and management.

Her professional experience spans community, hospital, regulatory, and industry pharmacy settings. Dr. Xia is a certified Menopause Practitioner through The Menopause Society. Her current interests include patient experiences in chronic disease and the intersection of business and healthcare, particularly in the context of women’s health.
