Pharmacy services operating under the Save-On-Foods, Urban Fare, and PriceSmart Foods banners are an integral part of Pattison Food Group. Pharmacists are supported to expand their scope of practice, delivering services such as chronic disease management, vaccinations, point-of-care testing, travel health, medication management, and prescribing.

We also value strong industry partnerships that align with our shared goal of improving patient outcomes and community health.

Our focus on local initiatives reflects a broader commitment to patient-centred care and global health impact. This includes nearly $50 million raised for children’s hospitals and approximately $3 million raised annually for food banks across Western Canada, as well as support of Kids Boost Immunity in partnership with UNICEF Canada, helping provide life-saving vaccinations to children worldwide. These efforts are made possible through the collective support of Save-On-Foods, supplier partners, team members, and customers.

In 2024, Save-On-Foods completed a $15 million pledge to BC Children’s Hospital, supporting urgent equipment needs and Canada’s first in-hospital Family Immunization Clinic. Building on this, an additional $15 million has been pledged to support mental health services for children, youth, and young adults— funding innovative programs, expanding access to care, and addressing critical gaps across British Columbia and the Yukon.
