Patient Education Handout
In response to the EpiPen shortage, the BC Pharmacy Association developed a patient education handout to provide a step-by-step guide on how to administer Epinephrine from an ampoule and syringe format. Pharmacists are to provide consultation as well as the patient education handout to caregivers and parents who may need to administer the drug to their patient or child.
