| 2025/26 Vaccination Campaign Registration |
To minimize wastage and ensure vaccines are allocated appropriately, pharmacies must enroll their interest in participating in the fall COVID-19 and influenza immunization campaign annually. Pharmacies that do not have ImmsBC access need to enroll for ImmsBC access first. Note: Submissions received after August 14 will not receive advance notice of vaccine allocations. |

Vaccine Allocation and ImmsBC Staff User List |
Vaccine allocations information will be shared with pharmacies by mid-August. Pharmacies have the opportunity to confirm their vaccine allocations by late August. A list of ImmsBC users registered to each pharmacy will be shared in mid-Aug. The Pharmacy Manager review the list and instructions on submitting any changes. Note: Submissions after Sep 3 may take 1-5 business days to be updated depending on volumes. |
