Pharmacists play a critical role as the leading immunizers for adult vaccines, particularly for individuals without a primary care clinician. As we approach the fall season, many older adults (aged 60 and above) will be candidates for multiple vaccines, including COVID-19, Influenza, Pneumococcal, and RSV. Ensuring that these patients are well-prepared and protected is crucial.
Join Michael Boivin on September 10, 2024 for a webinar where we will discuss the impact and risk factors of RSV and pneumococcal infections, explain the rationale for RSV and pneumococcal immunization to patients at risk, address common questions and misconceptions regarding RSV and pneumococcal immunizations; and determine strategies to effectively deliver RSV and pneumococcal vaccines in pharmacy practice.
