Pharmassist provides access to brief solution-focused counseling to address problems that may be impacting a pharmacist’s well-being and/or their ability to perform professional responsibilities.
Not all companies have HR services for you to discuss employee and employer related issues. For employment-related advice, access up to three one-hour sessions (e.g., labour and employer contract issues). This confidential and voluntary service is provided through an external service consultant, at no cost to members.
The counseling/support component of the program provides access to three one-hour counseling sessions in the aftermath of a critical incident or work-related traumatic event (e.g., robbery, assault or direct threat).
